Our daughter's side swipe needed repairs and RBS Collision did an amazing job. The body repair and paint are absolutely... perfect! I brought my Tesla in last week to have some paint repairs done to it and I must admit - RBS's service was second to... none. My whole family has been coming to RBS for years for all of their auto repair needs and I never quite understood why, so I thought I would give them a go. I was extremely impressed with the integrity, professionalism, quality and genuine care this shop showed me. Both Edward and Kulwant were both very helpful and kind, and I am so grateful for all their spectacular work. Wish there was a sixth star to give this place. I cannot be more happier by the customer service I received at RBS Collision. I knew I was in great hands from the... moment I drove my car into the lot for the team at RBS to assess the damages that was done on my car. I got a call within days that my insurance has approved the car, and that they had already ordered parts. A couple days passed and I was asked to bring my car in, I got a courtesy car and the job was done within the week with the utmost professionalism and cleanliness! Even after when I thought something was wrong, I called them, and they told me to bring the car in at my best convenience and they looked at what I had described and assured me all was well. Thank You for the great work! I would definitely be going back and definitely refer my friends and family!read more

I came in to have my 2017 Hyundai elantra looked at as I had fairly extensive damage done to the right side of my door... and fender. Kulwat and Eduard and their team helped me by offering me an extremely affordable price along with fast services. The work they did was very well done and ny car looks new again. do not go here for any painting services, really messed up my truck. Needed both rear quarter panels painted. Black... truck, didnt even come close to matching the hue up, its not so visible in pitch dark, but in the sun or any light, frankenstein like. Seems like they slapped whatever black paint together and went with it without any care, 1700 dollars down the drain with these donkeys.read more

Didn't find how to review on website, however, had a pleasant experience with the company. My car was repaired fast and... well done. Where the dent was and what was discussed in the repair everything was completed perfectly and impossible to tell any damage has been done. What was thrown in as extra a few scratches were painted but we're pretty obviousread more

I don't write a lot of reviews, but I just had the best experience with RBS - so I had to share (and I have no... association with them other than now being a happy customer). My wife's car needed a bumper repair. I found a used bumper for her, and was referred to RBS for painting and installation. On visiting there, I have to say, I was treated like family! Kulwant and Eduard were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to do what I needed, when I needed it at a very reasonable price.On top of that, the finished product was perfect - far better than I expected given how I wanted to keep the budget low. The car looked perfect, it was done ahead of time, the price was below other quotes, and they treated me more like a cherished guest than a customer. I pamper my cars, and would trust them completely with any of them. After this experience, if I need any body work, I won't take my car anywhere else.Thanks guys!read more

Amazing job! They were quick and efficient. My car was in an accident and damaged pretty badly. My car needed parts... replaced. They were able to get all the parts and finish the job within 3 days they even fixed previous damage on the car and saved me THOUSANDS of dollars (Mercedes parts are VERY expensive). They also made sure I had a rental ready for me when I dropped off my car. I will definitely be using them in the future and will be referring family and friends. R B S Collision Repairs is a small independent BMW repair shop in Surrey. I tried those car body shop couple years ago... and remember these as a high professionals specialists with huge experiences, and very very good car body repairs service. 5 star and highly recommend for everybody who looking for the auto body shop.
